My services to you are free. The seller has already contracted a fee with the listing agent. The listing agents splits the fee with me.
I know the market, and I know the inventory. I will be constantly on the lookout for homes that match your criteria. I'm also a pretty good predictor of when a house is priced low, and will go fast.
